Megiddo
City in the middle of Israel, neighbored by Jezreel directly to the east. 75 miles north of Jerusalem (BD Armageddon).
Perhaps one of Solomon's "chariot cities."
Last great battle of Armageddon derives its name from Har (Hill) Megiddo (Ezekiel 38-39, Zechariah 14:2-3).
