This whole chapter is a much more pure source of Isaiah's writing found Isaiah 29, which is plainly written. I love this chapter! It shows that Isaiah also spoke plainly, that man cannot err.

• The book shall be read "upon the house tops" and "by the power of Christ". I kind of imagine this to be describing the final judgment in some ways, where all things are revealed about each person's acts of both good and bad.
