• The Liahona is a type of the scriptures. The Lord commands us to look to the instructions he has already given us. Based on our faith, diligence and heed, they will work for us. We can find new meanings in them from time to time, that reveal the ways of the Lord. And they will lead us in the wilderness.

1 Nephi 16:36

• When things get difficult, the natural man wants to return to his comfort zone.
