The devil tempts Christ
There are three ways that the devil tempts men:
- Physical desires, appetites, wants, things of the flesh (Matt. 4:2-4)
- Vanity and pride, recognition by men (Matthew 4:5-7)
- Riches and gold, prosperity, wealth, worldly inheritances (Matt 4:8-9)
