• Leviticus 22:10 - "There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing."
• Leviticus 22:12 - marrying outside the covenant forfeits rights, "If the priest's daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things."
• Deuteronomy 17:15 - "Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the Lord thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother."
• Ezekiel 44:6 - "No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel."
