Psalms 83:1-2
Jeremiah 1:7, 9, 17 - The Lord gives the prophet the words to speak.
Jeremiah 2:23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 35 - Not solid examples, but this event can be expanded a bit to cover "how the wicked justify themselves," which is wholly different than what the wicked say, in general. This event would basically be those who have fallen into apostasy declaring that they are righteous. A very interesting topic, indeed! Mosiah 12:9-16 is an example.
Luke 11:45-54 - Jesus reproves lawyers and they try to provoke him
1 Nephi 2:11-14 - Lehi confounded his sons
1 Nephi 3:28-4:4 - Laman and Lemuel hardening their hearts, an angel and Nephi confounding them, or trying to convince them. This is a good example because we can see that while they don't believe, they do obey.
1 Nephi 17:19-55 - Nephi's brethren contend and murmur against him
Jacob 7 - Jacob and Sherem, another great example with dialogue
Mosiah 12:17-37 - Abinadi and king Noah's priests. This is perhaps the best example because we get a more detailed version of the dialogue. Of note is that the priests try to use scriptures to cross him.
Alma 32:23 - the Lord gives words to children to confound the wise.
Helaman 5:17 - missionaries confound dissenters
Helaman 9:13-18 - the five that saw that the chief judge was dead were cross-examined and confounded them with their testimony
Helaman 9:19-20 - the judges try to get Nephi to admit to killing the chief judge
D&C 71:7,10 - commandment, promise
D&C 109:29 - ask for help in confounding people
